Join Diana Horowitz, yoga teacher and licensed acupuncturist, in this informative and experiential workshop. You’ll warm up with chanting, breath work and gentle yoga postures and learn about the effects of the ear acupuncture points. After Diana places the ear needles, you’ll rest in a restorative yoga posture for the remainder of the session. Placing ear needles causes little to no sensation and you will probably forget that they are there.
